A beautifully restored country manor house situated in Vale d'Eguas, Almancil, a short drive from the prestigious Golden Triangle resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. This fabulous property with two separate houses on the estate provides a total of 9 bedrooms, sleeping 19 people in total. This unique property is perfect for large family groups looking to holiday together in the Algarve, with plenty of space both indoors and out. With luxury fittings and modern technology sitting alongside characterful features and traditional furniture, this is the perfect blend of the old and the new.

The Manor house is within walking distance to a couple of local restaurants, with a wider selection of International restaurants to choose from in nearby Almancil, where you will also find a choice of supermarkets, banks, chemists, shops etc.

The accommodation is split between two buildings, each with two levels. Each property has the benefit of Wi-Fi throughout, air conditioning in the bedrooms and underfloor heating on the ground floors for the cooler winter months. "Sonos" Blue tooth speakers allow you to connect and listen to your music during your stay.

The living accommodation comprises of:

House One

Stunning living room, with high vaulted ceiling, mezzanine landing and Juliet balconies looking over this space. This room is comfortably furnished with large sofas and antique chairs set in front of a wood burning fireplace. Dual aspect French doors open out to the gardens and pool area, which when open allow a lovely cool breeze to flow through this room.  

Next to the living room is a country style, modern, fully equipped kitchen/ diner with 2 dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, gas hobs, oven, fridge freezer, ice maker, additional drinks fridge, toaster and kettle. The large farmhouse table set in the middle of the kitchen seats 8 people.

House Two

Has a bright living room with beamed ceiling and beautiful small windows around the room, each capturing a different view of the gardens. Plenty of comfortable seating is provided and the wall mounted TV with an IPTV box provides a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports.

There is a bathroom adjacent to the living room with bath and shower.

This house also has a kitchen/ diner, which although smaller than the main house, is well equipped with a washing machine, under counter fridge, electric oven and hob and a lovely breakfast table sitting next to traditional wooden double doors opening out to the bougainvillea filled courtyard between the two properties.

The sleeping accommodation comprises of:

House One - 3 bedrooms

Ground floor - A double room with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit and doors to the poolside terrace.

First Floor - A twin bedroom with a portable air conditioning unit and en-suite bathroom with overhead shower.

First floor - The master double bedroom, with air conditioning and adjacent bathroom with separate shower unit.

House Two - 6 bedrooms

Ground floor - Family room with 3 single beds (this room can be set up as a double and one single bed if preferred) This family room has air conditioning and patio doors out to the terrace.

Ground Floor - A twin bedroom with air conditioning and patio doors out to the terrace.

There is a family bathroom to share with the other bedroom on this level with bath and separate shower unit.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two accessed via one staircase and two access via another staircase.

First floor - A double room with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with overhead shower and two delightful Juliet balconies.

First floor - A double room with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

First floor - A twin bedroom with air conditioning and Juliet balconies.

First floor - A twin room with air conditioning and Juliet balconies.

These two bedrooms share the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower and bath.

This property is blessed with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy time with family and friends.

Pick your own fresh, seasonal fruit from the variety of fruit trees found as you wander around the gardens.

The newly constructed, wooden, open summer house furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, which sits at the rear of the garden looking back over the swimming pool and manor house, is the perfect place to unwind and the end of the day.

The large swimming pool, which can be heated (supplement applies) measures 14 x 7 metres and is surrounded by paving and furnished with sun loungers and parasols.

Adjacent to the house and pool is a gas BBQ and exterior dining area perfect for al-fresco family meals.

A table tennis table is provided for your entertainment.


The recently constructed, open summer house is a great addition to the garden, and positioned perfectly to sit back and relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy the view back towards the pool and manor house.

How to Book your Holiday

A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
