This property is a short walk (700m) from the Praia de Manuel Lourenço beach and 1.2km from the larger Galé beach, both with popular beach restaurants. There is a selection of local restaurants and two well stocked supermarkets within walking distance from the villa.

The larger resort of Albufeira is approximately 5km away. Here you can find the lively strip, the quaint old town, and the vibrant Marina, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars, with numerous boats excursions to explore the beautiful Algarve coastline, a dive centre, ten pin bowling and carting.  

This holiday villa is built over two levels and has the benefit of air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Private parking for one vehicle is available in front of the property.

The Living Areas

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with lounge and dining areas.

The lounge area is furnished with comfortable leather sofas in front of a wood burning fireplace and large TV with International channels. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace and the private garden area.

The dining area is furnished with a large wooden table and 6 chairs.   

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, juicer and coffee machine, along with all the crockery and utensils you will need on your self catering holiday.

There is a modern shower room with WC located on this floor.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has a double bed.

There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Outside Areas

This lovely property benefits from a private, enclosed garden as well as use of the communal gardens and swimming pool. A perfect space to sunbath, for children to safely play, or for Alfresco dining on a warm Algarve summer evening. The private garden area is furnished with sun loungers, two dining tables with chairs and lounge furniture. A portable barbecue is provided for your use. The well maintained communal garden are planted with palm trees, olive trees and colourful oleanders, and the large kidney shaped pool with separate childrens area is surrounded with terracotta tiles.
