A lovely 3 bedroom townhouse, situated on a small condominium in the popular resort of Albufeira. This complex is ideally located within walking distance from both the Old Town and Central Albufeira. The desired position of this holiday rental within this well maintained condominium offers both pool and sea views. A host of international restaurants, bars and shops are a short walk away. The fabulous beach "Praia dos Alemães" is located a 5 minute walk from the accommodation, where you will find water sports and beach restaurants. The condominium is secured with electric entrance gates and private parking. 

The property is built over two levels and has air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

A living room with two sets of patio doors opening out to the private garden area with views to the pool and ocean beyond. 

The living room is furnished with a large, comfortable L shaped sofa with chaise lounge, extending dining table with 6 chairs and has a Smart TV with many English speaking cable TV channels. 

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, dual fuel hob, microwave, filter coffee machine, juicer and all the crockery and utensils you will require for a self-catering holiday.

There is a guest WC on this floor. 

First floor accommodation

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with twin beds and have air conditioning.

One of the bedrooms has a private balcony providing great pool and ocean views.

Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. 

Outside area

A private garden with paved and lawned areas leading directly to the communal pool and garden, is the perfect space to relax in the Algarve sun whilst watching the children enjoying the separate children's pool. This private area is furnished with a gas BBQ, a circular table and 6 chairs for Al Fresco dining, and 6 quality sun loungers with mattresses. There is a wind out awning and sun umbrella to provide shade. The irregular shaped communal pool is surrounded by paving and lawn with an exterior shower.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.
