This small private complex ideally situated on a quiet road close to Praia da Oura in Albufeira. The award winning blue flag beach at Santa Eulalia and golden sandy beach of Praia da Oura are both just a short walk away, and offer water sports such as water skiing, pedal boats and restaurants and bars. Also within easy walking distance is 'The Strip', where there is a fabulous choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for anyone looking for great night-life without being in the middle of the action.

The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.

This two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is located on the second floor. It is well equipped, modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment is air conditioned throughout, has WiFi and features a good size private terrace.

Living accommodation

The Lounge / ktchen area is comfortably furnished with two sofas, which are sofa beds (that could each sleep one child). There is a TV with international channels and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen area is well equipped and has a seating area. The oven is electric and the hob, gas. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave

Double patio doors lead out to a lovely terrace overlooking the pool and garden area with a view to the ocean beyond. There is a table and chairs and portable BBQ, leading off from this terrace is another larger area with plenty of space for sun beds, this area is for the private use of this apartment.

Sleeping accommodation

The master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors to a step on balcony with views over the front of the property.

Bedroom two is a twin with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors leading out to the before mentioned balcony shared with the other bedroom, overlooking the front of the property.

The Bathroom is bright and modern with a bath and overhead shower.

    How to Book your Holiday

    A 25% deposit payment of the holiday price is required in order to secure your booking. We will then send you a booking confirmation and request your full details and travel details.

    The balance payment plus refundable damage deposit is due ten weeks prior to travel. You will receive a reminder by email.

    When we have received the balance payment we will send you the directions to the property and arrival instructions.

    Brilliant apartment and wonderful service

    We are a family of 4 and stayed at the Saint Vicente apartments for 2 weeks. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The terrace at the apartment was very nice to enjoy the sun all day when the kids wanted an easy day! The beach is a 10 min walk and there are a number of very good restaurants nearby so location is perfect. Rent Villas Algarve is a great company to work with. They met us on the evening we arrived to show us around the apartment, emailed us to make sure everything was going OK during our stay and visited us at the end Of our holiday. A great service where nothing was too much trouble!

    Fantastic apartment in a great location

    This apartment is in peaceful surroundings but only a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. The accommodation is modern, spacious and well equipped with a/c, washing machine, wifi etc. It was very comfortable and easily accommodated 2x adults and 2x teenage boys. Our hosts were extremely flexible, helpful, and easy to deal with. The local area has all the bars and restaurants you could need, and there is a good beach only a short walk away. Albufeira old town is walkable if you like a good leg stretch, however, parking is easy on the outskirts, and there is always plenty going on. We made the most of the car as there is lots to see and do along the Algarve coast, and the road network is easily navigated. We had a great first experience of Portugal, and would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

    Back for seconds!

    We returned again this year to this lovely apt. Close to all amenities, five minutes from the Intermarche and booking office if you want day trips without car hire. Really clean and all you need. Spacious the ' L 'shaped balcony is as has as sun nearly all day.The pool is great and sufficient space for all.Both Sharon and Carol super efficient at responding to any query or request .Really recommend it .B
