The apartments desirable location provides a great base for exploring the Marina and Albufeira Old town by foot with an abundance of restaurants, bars, and shops on your doorstep, as well as boat trips and water sports from the Marina.
The property has WiFi, air conditioning throughout and private parking is available in the under ground car park. For the cooler winter months, heating is available. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs or a lift, accommodation is all on one level and comprises of the following:
A small entrance hall takes you through into a large, bright living/ dining room with large two sets of patio doors and a window providing stunning views of the Marina. The living room is furnished with an oversized sofa, TV with Cable channels *including many English speaking channels and the dining table has 6 chairs. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, a great place to sit and enjoy the beautiful Marina views.
Leading off from the living room is the fully equipped, modern kitchen which includes a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and gas hob.
Accessed from the main entrance hall are the two bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with overhead shower.
Bedroom two has twin beds and an adjacent shower room.
When renting this apartment you have access to the pool area which is exclusively for the people staying in this block of apartments. The large pool is surrounded by paving and sun loungers are provided. The pool is located overlooking the Marina.
Please note: Due to the balconies of this second floor apartment, we feel this property is not suitable for families travelling with young children.
