The complex set over three floors offers a large outdoor pool (18m x 7m) and a separate children's pool, all surrounded by a terrace and grass area to relax in. The complex is fully enclosed with automatic gates.
This two bedroom and two bathroom apartment is located on the first floor. It is well equipped, modern and tastefully decorated. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.

Double patio doors lead out to a lovely balcony with a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the lovely pool and garden view with ocean views beyond.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a seating area. The oven is electric and the hob, gas. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and double patio doors which lead out to a shared balcony with bedroom two and has a table and chairs overlooking the gardens at the front of the property.
